If you think anyone talks about anything too much, there is probably a reason. Find that reason; find the why. Go beyond the person, place, or thing. Find out why they do what they do, why they love what they love.
If you think anyone talks about anything too much, you should find something that you can love and become passionate about, something with a why. You will start talking about it too much too.
