A Year in Review – 2018

1 year. 12 months. 365 days. 8,760 hours. 525,600 minutes. 31,536,00 seconds.

full of travel, good music, a big move, family and friends, and more!

Here are just some of the many highlights:

  • My mom fought cancer!
  • Took a trip to NYC for the Westminster Dog Show
  • Up and moved from Indian River, Michigan to Cleveland, Ohio
  • Started a new (old) job
  • Checked off a long time bucket list vacation destination of mine with a camp, bike, and music fest weekend in Yellowsprings, OH with my parents and brother. Good music, tasty beer, gorgeous bike ride, black beans and coconut rice…
  • Saw some live music at its finest with Lord Huron, Tash Sultana, Caamp and Counterfeit Madison at Springsfest, Blissfest (Nahko and Medicine for the People, The Pistil Whips, May Erlewine, The Real Ingredients, and many more!), and Rainbow Kitten Surprise
  • We bought a house. We turned it into a home.
  • Spent some memorable quality time with family and friends
  • Caught a couple of baseball games (Go Tribe!)
  • Went carless and became a urban cyclist
  • Experienced Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirrors exhibit at the Cleveland Museum of Art

I’ll be spending the last day of 2018 in reflection and gratitude of this past year…

while also looking forward to 2019 with excitement and an action plan in hand for the year to come!
